Real Estate Provisional Broker

This Pre-licensing course will prepare you for the NC Real Estate Licensing Exam.  

This course is designed to meet the educational requirements for a provisional broker as prescribed by the NC Real Estate Commission. Topics include basic real estate principles and practices, law and contracts, financing, closing valuation, fair housing and real estate laws. For more information, go to www.ncrec.state.nc.us.

Students will need required textbook:  "Modern Real Estate Practice in North Carolina, 10th Edition Update," ISBN 9781078836739. It is available at the LCC Bookstore.

 

A Basic Calculator also is required for the class. Scientific calculators and smart phones are NOT allowed.
